Comments:
The request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the technical requirements (Appendix No. 6).

Participation in this procedure for collecting proposals is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be held until May 12, 2021 until 17:00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the renewal regulations (see clause 3).

A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial proposal following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in Russian rubles excluding VAT and with VAT (20%) (if the company does not work according to the simplified tax system), according to the Specification Application (Appendix No. 1), the period for fixing prices.

To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill out and attach the following documents:
o a counterparty card and a participant's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 and 4 of the documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
o A signed and sealed letter (Appendix # 2) on agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (Appendix # 6) on the company's letterhead by uploading the documents to the ETP.

The organizers of the procedure for collecting proposals reserves the right to conduct rebidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
