Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

1. A mandatory condition of the tender is to fix the price until the end of the tender period.
2. A prerequisite for the tender is the provision of a set of constituent documents and the passage of accreditation of the FGC Group of Companies.
3. When specifying the amount of the discount on the terms of advance payment, it is mandatory to indicate the value in numerical terms.
4. The offered products must meet all the technical requirements stated in the requirements and have a declaration of conformity of the products.
5. The applicant has the right to provide Technical and Commercial Proposals only for those items for which he wishes to apply (it is not necessary to apply for all items, but preferably).
6. The applicant must necessarily apply for those items for which he plans to participate in the tender.
7. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1)
8. Prices in the tender shall be indicated taking into account VAT and delivery on the condition of deferred payment and storage in a warehouse.
