Comments:
We invite you to participate in the request for proposals on the choice of outsourcing Call-center for the provision of services of the hot line FCS Carousel.
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Competition (bidding form) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers.
The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
Request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1). Participation in these tenders is free of charge.

Stage number 1: will be held in the form of an open request for proposals according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1). The step to reduce the bid offered by the participant for each lot is NOT specified; initial bidding rates are set; participants are not allowed to submit special offers; participants are not allowed to put the same bets on the lot.
Request for proposals will be held from 02.17.2020. until 3:00 p.m. February 25, 2020 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time in accordance with the tendering procedure (Appendix No. 2).
To participate in this stage you need to send:
• letter - acceptance of the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form on the letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• the rules of the first stage of bidding in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform (Appendix No. 2);
• application form, qualification criteria (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• counterparty card (Appendix 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• application specification in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform (Appendix No. 1)
