Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payments under this contract is carried out on the basis of issued invoices of suppliers by means of transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier not later than thirty (30) calendar days after signing by the parties without comment consignment note (p. TORG-12) or UPD, as well as providing the original stamped and signed delivery agreement of the Parties
