1.To participate in the monitoring, the Bidder needs to fill in the prices and information in the "Appendix 6.2" file. It is also necessary to attach a detailed technical and commercial proposal.
The Bidder's proposal must comply with the requirements of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the Requirements Specification), the norms and requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in relation to this type of product, and have certificates of quality compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
When submitting proposals, it is permissible to provide an alternative solution for technical implementation while maintaining the functional and quality requirements for the Call for Bidding subject matter.

2.The monitoring Bidder must necessarily familiarize himself with the terms of reference
The monitoring procedure is carried out in order to form/update the terms of reference, analyze the price range, as well as search for new potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of the monitoring, a Requirements Specification can be generated/updated and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
This Technical Specification for Delivery (hereinafter referred to as the Assignment or Requirements Specification) describes the requirements for network equipment, components for managing the network equipment of JSC Tander (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), its technical support, as well as the procedure for selecting a supplier (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor).
The result of this Task should be a Commercial Proposal (hereinafter referred to as a Commercial Proposal) for the implementation of the designated task using a Technical solution submitted by the Contractor.
Monitoring Bidders will be included in the pool of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a Call for Bidding procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
