Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment - is not provided. Payment for services rendered shall be received upon their rendering on the basis of the certificate of delivery - Acceptance Certificate signed by both parties, and accounts - invoices of the Contractor (subject to the requirements for their design, established by the current RF legislation and the agreement) within 45 calendar days from the date signing of both parties. In the case of a contract with the SME or - with a single supplier-industry organizations: payment for services is made by the Customer upon their delivery on the basis of act of acceptance of services rendered, signed by both parties and the invoice signed by the Executive (subject to, the requirements for their design, established by the current RF legislation and contract), no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties.
