Auto-extension

Payment terms:
5.1 90 (Ninety)% of the price of the goods is payable within 30 working days from the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, originals of the consignment note and invoice drawn up in accordance with with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
5.2. 10 (Ten)% of the price of the goods within 30 working days from the date of signing the acts, performed installation supervision and commissioning, but not more than 60 working days from the date of delivery.
5.3. 100 (one hundred)% of the price for spare parts must be paid within 30 working days from the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, originals of the consignment note and invoice, drawn up in accordance with with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The Products must be new, not used. Packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all modes of transport, including transshipment.
