Delivery terms:The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in
full, "turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related
expenses.
1. Mobilization of the necessary equipment and trailers in the amount necessary to carry out the work on time according to the schedule of work;
2. Carrying out a topographic survey of the existing foundation
at the construction site and coordinating it with the technical
supervision of the Customer's service;
3. Excavation by an excavator with loading into dump trucks and
transportation on the territory of the construction site
4. Loading and transportation on the site to the place of laying previously excavated soil;
5. Delivery of the missing suitable for laying and compaction to
the required parameters of the soil (sand) to the place of work;
6. Distribution of transported soil by bulldozer with compaction with soil vibratory rollers in layers no more than 300 mm thick;
7. Carrying out laboratory tests with a dynamic
density meter (operational control) of compaction of each layer, at the rate of 1 test per 300 m2
8. Conducting stamp tests with a static stamp
with a diameter of 762mm, according to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016 for driveways, parking lots, loading/unloading areas of large-capacity
vehicles; according to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016, GOST 20276.1-2020 under the spot of the building, in the floor area;
9. Excavation works include all necessary measures -
Call for Bidding, delivery, provision of input quality control
of materials, laying, compaction, layer-by-layer testing,
technical and geodetic support, phased
assembly, preparation of executive documentation, delivery of works to the technical supervision of the Customer and all necessary work
on the preparation of the foundation, according to approved RD, PPR,
Technical specifications of the Customer and Customer requirements.
11. Demobilization of the contractor and equipment. Appendix No. 1
By the decision of the Customer, part or the full amount of materials
listed in the Statement of Work volumes can be
supplied by the Customer as toll-free material.
The obligation, in this case, for entry control, acceptance,
unloading, transfer to the place of work,
completeness, protection and safety of material and property, etc
., remains with the Contractor.
Drainage from the territory of the construction site.
1. Work schedule: daily, seven days a week, round the clock
2. The Contractor provides the protection of equipment at the facility.
3. Delivery of equipment to the site at the Contractor's expense.
4. Record daily the execution of the scope of work (execution
scheme).
5. In case of an increase in the scope of work, the Contractor is obliged
to notify the Customer in advance and sign an additional agreement
for subsequent work.
6. The volumes of work performed (selected and moved m3
of soil from the drainage trenches) will be closed according
to the execution schemes, with confirmed geodetic
measurements.

Comments:
1. Payment for the work performed will be made upon the fact
of the work performed after the provision of a complete set
of executive documentation and its verification by technical supervision
Customer;
2. When importing suitable soil
, certificates must be provided.
3. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and the detailed
schedule of the work with the Customer. In the PPR, specify the number
of passes of sealing machines.
4. Before the start of work, perform a verification geodetic survey
the existing basis and its coordination with technical supervision
The customer.
5. Perform analysis and verification of the balance of earth masses in the working
documentation.
6. Before and during the work, carry out a set of measures
for water reduction of the work site, with pumping of groundwater, to a
point agreed with the Customer. In the process of work, ensure
constant drainage (if necessary, around the clock) and
pumping of groundwater and atmospheric water that impede the
work.
7. In case of detection during the work of soil not suitable for
further processing, laying in the embankment and compaction to
the required parameters, it is necessary in advance, before the start of such work,
notify and coordinate with the Customer the PPR for its disposal / or
replacement and / or strengthening / stabilization, where a separate item
prescribes the implementation of commission and laboratory control
the quality of unsuitable soil.
9. To control the volume of excavation or backfilling soil, it is necessary
to perform and confirm a geodetic survey and
a mass balance scheme with the geodetic service and the technical supervision
of the Customer BEFORE any excavation work begins and AFTER each stage
of such work is completed.
10. The scope of work on the storage of soil in the collars, without
compaction, are closed by executive survey of collars, with
a coefficient of 0.9.
11. Before the start of work, perform experimental soil compaction in
laboratory and field conditions according to GOST 22733, perform
test sections of compaction.
As a result of experimental compaction, the following should be established:
a. maximum values of the density of compacted soils.
b. optimal humidity at which maximum
compaction densities are achieved.
c. permissible ranges of humidity changes of the compacted soil.
d. thickness of the layers to be poured, the number of passes of sealing machines
in one track, the duration of exposure of vibration and
other working bodies to the soil, and other technological
parameters that ensure the design density of the soil;
13. The filling of soil on the frozen layer and the base is not
allowed.
14. The embankment is carried out on a prepared, compacted
base, with layer-by-layer compaction by ground rollers with
vibration. The thickness of one poured layer of the mound is no more than
0.30m, until the maximum density is reached.
15. The degree of compaction of each layer and base (operational
control) should be taken at the rate of at least 1 test for every 300 m2
of area using a dynamic density meter type ZORN ZFG
3.0 – the dynamic modulus of elasticity Evd should be at least 35-
40MN/m2, for a dynamic density meter type PDU-MG4
(Chelyabinsk) – module Ev2 elasticity is not less than 70-75MN/m2. For
both devices, at the same time, the elastic modulus Ev2 must be
at least the required values specified in the working documentation.
Control of the compaction of each layer should be carried out at a depth of 1/3
thickness of the tested layer, but not less than 8cm. Tests are carried
out by the Contractor's laboratory
, a representative of the Customer's technical supervision is invited to all tests.
The compaction coefficient is also checked by the cutting ring method according to
GOST 5180-2015.
16. If the thickness (capacity) of the embankment is more than 2 meters, every 2
meters (in thickness) of the embankment should be tested with a static stamp,
with a diameter of 762mm, according to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016, over
the entire area of such an embankment, at least 1 test should be carried out on
3000 m2. The ratio of EV2 / EV1 is less than 2.5; Tests are carried out
the Contractor's laboratory
, a representative of the Customer's technical supervision is invited to all tests.
17. The design mark of the top of the embankment should be tested
static stamp, diameter 762mm, according to the requirements
ODM 218.5.007- 2016 for driveways, parking lots,
loading/unloading areas of large-capacity vehicles; according
to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016 and GOST 20276.1-2020 with a stamp
area of 5000 cm2 under the spot of the building, in the floor area. Tests
conducted by the Contractor's laboratory, for all tests
A representative of the Customer's technical supervision is invited.
The test program should contain separate
test requirements for the driveway areas and for the floor area.
To coordinate the test program with the Customer.
17.1. Requirements for tests and test results of the top
of the embankment - under the spot of the building, in the area of floors:
Static stamp tests should be carried out on 9000 m2 - at least 3
tests according to ODM 218.5.007- 2016, and at least 1 test according to
GOST 20276.1-2020. The mechanical characteristics of the embankment must
correspond to the parameters: EV1 not less than those specified in the taxiway;
EV2/EV1 ratio ≤ 2.5;
17.2. Requirements for tests and test results of the top
of the embankment of the driveway zone, parking lot, loading/unloading zone
of large-capacity vehicles:
Static stamp tests according to ODM 218.5.007- 2016,
carry out at least 1 test per 3000 m2. The mechanical
characteristics of the embankment must correspond to the parameters:
EV2 is not less than those specified in the taxiway; The ratio of EV2 / EV1 is less than 2.5;
Requirements for the evenness of the top of the embankment mark +/- 30mm.
17. At the request of the Customer, after cutting the base into the mark (in
the cutting zone) and opening the continental soil, the Contractor undertakes
to prepare the base, compact it to maximum density and
perform tests of the opened IGE with a static stamp, according
to the requirements of p.16.1, 16.2. The Customer will determine the test points
additionally.
18. The removal of excess soil should be carried out after the
vertical layout is completed in full and
the required amount of soil is stored in the burt for the second layer of stabilization.
