Ventilation equipment and invites you to participate in this procedure. The item of purchase is set out in Appendix No. 1.
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not a public competition and its conduct is not regulated by Article 1054-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is an offer and does not generate civil obligations for Daltsvetmet LLC to enter into a contract with the participants in the request.
Daltsvetmet reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, and at any time without any reason to terminate the collection of offers or change its terms conducting. The costs associated with preparing the offer are incurred by yourself and these costs are not reimbursed by Daltsvetmet LLC.
