4. Confirm that all vehicles, depending on the time of year, are equipped with air conditioning and a heated system that is in good condition (heating/air conditioning must be turned on at the request of passengers);
5. Confirm that drivers with at least 5 years of professional experience will be allowed to manage transport
6. To confirm that the driver's staff conducts a daily pre-trip medical examination before leaving for the Customer, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 01/29/2002.;
7. Confirm the provision of vehicles to the Customer, according to the requirements of the Requirements Specification
8. Attach a technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the Requirements Specification
