Final payment – 10% payment (deferred payment) from the amount of the contract – after the completion and delivery of the entire scope of work under the contract and the signing of the final Act of delivery and acceptance of work (Appendix No. 6 to the contract) within 35 working days.

Essential conditions of the tender: 1) Execution of works – in accordance with the terms of reference. 2) Accompany the commercial offer with technical specifications and sketches. A commercial offer is not considered without a specification. 3) The submission of the documents specified in Appendix No. 6 is mandatory for all participants. The absence of documents / non-compliance with the established requirements is the basis for refusal of admission to participate in this tender procedure. The winner of the tender based on the results of an open rebidding is determined by the tender commission based on a set of evaluation criteria: the reputation of the participant, work experience, contract price, the amount of advance payment and the timing of the work, legal examination of the documents provided by the participants.
