Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost and is paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the documents established by the contract confirming the performance of the work, as well as from the date of receipt from the Contractor of a duly executed invoice, the original of the Contract and annexes thereto, an invoice issued in accordance with with the requirements of the current legislation and the Contract (the payment date is determined from the latest of the specified dates). Payment for intermediate works is not made.

The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged to open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of the conclusion of which the request for proposals was conducted"

ВНИМАНИЕ:1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в редактируемом формате Excel.
3. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться.
4. Срок действия ТКП не менее 2 месяцев.
5. По техническим вопросам ТЗ необходимо использовать вкладку разъяснения на ЭТП
