Delivery terms:The customer provides the shopping center, according to Appendix No. 5 to the Requirements Specification.
Goods not included in the appendix, but necessary for the performance of work are purchased and delivered by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense.

Machines and mechanisms (self-propelled/large-sized) for the execution of works are provided by the Customer, at the Customer's expense.
The list of equipment provided by the Customer is specified in Appendix No. 5 to the Requirements Specification.

Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.

2. With a commercial offer, they must be sent:

2.1. Completed offer card form;
2.2. Appendix No. 4 to the Requirements Specification - Schedule of work;
2.3. Appendix No. 5 to the Requirements Specification - The procedure for providing work with materials, machines and mechanisms (fill in Table 3.2. according to clause 2.8. of the Requirements Specification);
2.4. Scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel in accordance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification;
2.5. Scanned copies of the permit documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification;
2.6. Scanned copies of the constituent documentation according to the list attached to the letter;
2.7. The consent signed by the manager to the processing of personal data;
2.8. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's agreement, in case of disagreements;
2.9. Reference list on the realized experience of performing similar works at industrial enterprises.


3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the Competitive Bidding process winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
