Payment terms:
final payment the buyer makes the supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the goods.
The value of the goods should be included the cost of packing and marking of the goods, the NDP and instruction, delivery to the buyer's warehouse, located at: str., Smolensk. Frunze, 74, as well as the cost of carrying out initial verification (certification) of measuring instruments.
Delivery terms:
str., Smolensk. Frunze, 74 is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier. The supplier has the right to attract for the fulfilment of the obligations on delivery of the goods by third parties, in its sole discretion, without further authorization from buyer.
Delivery should be transport made up the registration registered in Russia, on the territory of JSC "Smaz» RUSSIAN citizens only allowed the import of foreign goods is forbidden.
The term of delivery of goods not more than 210 calendar days from the moment of signing the contract.
The goods must be packed in accordance with the rules of storage and transportation.
After delivery of the equipment in the warehouse of the buyer, the buyer shall within 15 working days to perform the following work:

- supply of communications.
Following the execution of these works the buyer informs the seller written notice of readiness for the conduct of commissioning works (hereinafter referred to as RTD).
Supplier upon receipt of the above notice shall, within 30 calendar days to fulfil the NDP and the coaching staff of the customer.
