This query is used for market research and budgeting of future procurement activities.
To pass the Phase 1 must submit the following documents to the e-mail address MIKomarova @ beeline. Not later than 18:00 (GMT) December 2, 2019 (in the subject line should indicate "Name of organization / TP Oscilloquartz). The total message size should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary you can send a few letters or several volumes of the archive). The name of each file must point to the content.

6. Annex 2 Qualifications completed and submitted in PDF format (scanned with signature), to send the required documents
