2. About potential supplier must complete and send in Excel
3. Financial analysis is necessary to fill out and send in Excel format and signed with the seal of the scan to PDF
4. Privacy Statement Fill in and submit PDF (scanned with signature)
5. Submit KP according to the specification of services completed and submitted in PDF format (scanned with signature)
6. Annex 2 Qualifications completed and submitted in PDF format (scanned with signature), to send the required documents
It is also necessary to prepare separate files in PDF format, the following documents:
