Ranking of bids

Request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447 — 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057 — 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the request for proposals, as well as to complete the procedure of request for proposals without concluding the contract on its results at any time, and the Organizer does not reimburse the costs incurred by the State party in preparing and participating in the request for proposals procedure.$ Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.

In accordance with the provisions of subpara. 1) para. 2.1. Art. 1 of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, Certain Types of Legal Entities", the effect of the said Federal Law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of PJSC "Unipro" from the activities related to the sphere of activity natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ, does not exceed 10% of the total amount of revenue from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
