Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment after delivery of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates.

The price submitted to the ETP for each lot in the currency of the procedure, excluding VAT.
The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the Supplier.

The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a tender and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
