Payment terms:Payment for the cost of the work actually performed is made within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice and the work acceptance certificate. The act of acceptance of works is provided by the Contractor up to 5 (five) days after the execution of works.
Delivery terms:Svetly p / p, port of Kaliningrad. Perform prompt repair at MB Balkhan during the stay of the vessel from 07.24.19. on 07/25/19 (inclusive).

Comments:
1. Repair of the SHIP must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and ship repair requirements, in accordance with the works specified in the Agreement, clause 1.1.

2. Repair SHIP must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, hereinafter referred to as RS.

3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. It is NECESSARY for participants in this procedure to electronically submit to the participants of this procedure, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's application form and documents according to the questionnaire.

5. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure. In the commercial offer, without fail, the itemized detailing of the offered services should be displayed.

6. If a participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the suppliers' offers is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
