Payment for the services shall be made by the Customer not earlier than 45 calendar days and not later than 60 calendar days after signing of the certificate of acceptance of the rendered services on the basis of invoices and bills issued by the Contractor on the basis of certificates of rendering and acceptance of the services signed by the parties.

Comments: Bids shall be submitted in electronic form using the functional features of e-commerce platform - www.b2b-bashneft.ru and in accordance with its technicalities, rules and regulations. Submission of quotations shall be performed by the bidders directly on the e-commerce platform before expiration of the bid submission deadline. Within the specified period the participants' bids shall be uploaded on the e-marketplace in their scanned versions (as a package of scanned documents). The bidder is not allowed to submit a quotation exceeding the initial quotation.
