Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms -100% post-payment, between the 61st and 65th day from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (subject to the Contractor providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
The Company is welcome to have its own or leased (long-term lease) transport for waste transportation in the branches of the Customer's facilities.
It is mandatory that the Company provides containers (dense bags/boxes) for the accumulation and storage of food waste for the Customer's facilities free of charge.
The Contractor undertakes to provide services according to the schedule agreed with the Customer (approximately 3-4 times a week) from the Customer's facilities specified in Appendix 1 to the invitation to participate in the Call for Bidding. The list may change slightly upon the opening of new/ closing of existing Customer facilities.
The contractor is obliged to carry out waste acceptance, to load waste on its own
It is mandatory that the Company has valid documents confirming the legality in the field of handling this type of waste

E-Signature is not required.
Participation is free of charge

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
