Payment terms:
Non-cash payment in rubles, upon the provision of services with deferred payment. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the service.

Comments: KMT and VT repair services are performed at the bidding of the Customer. The approximate volume is 336 repairs per year. The bid for repairs is made by phone or by e-mail. For each bid, the Contractor starts a service list, which indicates the date of receipt of the bid, the closing date, the work done and the spare parts used, the cost of the work and the cost of the spare parts are indicated separately in accordance with the Specification. When the bid is closed, the service list is signed by the Contractor and the Customer at the time of equipment transfer from repair. All repair work is carried out on the territory of the Contractor. Repair works on the territory of the Customer are carried out only at the discretion of the Contractor. Delivery of equipment from the Customer to the Contractor and back is made at the expense of the Contractor. On the basis of closed service sheets, financial documents are issued for the payment of services (invoice, invoice, certificate of work performed). It is necessary to provide an offer in a standard form, in the offer to specify the cost of repair and the cost of spare parts in rubles (excluding VAT),
to back up the certificate of the manufacturer, official representative or dealer to the lot; certificate of conformity for these products; list of constituent documents mandatory and recommendatory. Unconditional acceptance of the Customer's standard contract, making changes is not allowed. It is allowed to submit commercial proposals to the e-mail address.
