1. Absolutely! upload to the ETP before the end of the bidding the participant's questionnaire (procurement documentation) in Excel and PDF certified with the seal and signature of an authorized person + the documents specified in the questionnaire, the submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a KP with appendices and contain key information on the volume of services provided, the cost per person by type of medical examination, conditions and deadlines provision of services..
2. Suppliers working under the EDI are considered.
3. The list of documents in the questionnaire is mandatory, strictly according to the list.
4. Filling out the questionnaire: all fields are filled in.
5. Legal entities whose registration period is more than 1 year are allowed to participate in the tender.
6. We do not conclude contracts with Agents who have contracts with suppliers on whose behalf they conclude contracts. In cases of detection, the contract will be terminated.
