The cost of the Works specified in the Order includes all the expenses of the Contractor that the Contractor is obliged to bear in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the corresponding Order, including the cost of works, services, materials and equipment necessary for the performance of the Works. Also, the cost of work includes all taxes and fees, including VAT in the Republic of South Ossetia in the amount of 10%
