Comments:
The Participant's proposal must contain the following information (file forms are given in the Appendix):
1) Commercial offer in the form of Appendix No. 4, taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as overheads that arise when providing services in full accordance with the stated Terms of Reference (in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 (Statement of Consent);
3) Completed Supplier Questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 6 with all attachments required in the questionnaire (in Word and PDF format with the signature of an authorized person and seal); |
