Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer's obligation to pay for the Goods shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment of debiting the funds from the Buyer's settlement account.
Payment for the software is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.
Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the Agreement.
The desired payment scheme for the Services for the Customer is 100% postpayment.
Delivery terms:- The composition of the augmented reality system must comply with the requirements specified in section 4 of this TOR.
- Target deadline for the delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment: September 02, 2019.
- Equipment delivery time - no more than 60 calendar days.
