Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for services is made on the basis of the contractor's invoices in the following order:
1. Advance payments under the contract are not provided
2. Payment for the services rendered by the contractor and the services accepted by the customer is made by the customer in stages if there is an act of rendered services signed by the parties, an original invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, an invoice for payment.
Payments under the agreement are made by the customer by payment orders in rubles from the customer's account to the settlement account of the contractor.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
