Comments:
The following documents must be supported by the trading procedure:
1. Commercial offer + indicate the number of own and hired vehicles + indicate how many cars are ready to provide for the transportation of a given volume, from what day are they ready to start transportation
2. Attach a package of documents according to the list + required by TK
- PTS scans of own transport and transport lease agreement.
- Route sheet
3. Reference list for similar shipments.
4. Consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
The consent of the taxpayer must be reflected on the information resource charter-apk.rf.
5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the agreement without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction)
- anti-corruption clause (attached to the auction)
- agreement on electronic document management (attached to the auction);
- consent to the processing of personal data of the person signing the contract (attached to the auction);
- standard contract of OOO Tambov Bacon (attached to the auction).
6. To conclude an agreement, a participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with the List of documents for concluding an agreement.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
