Mandatory conditions for spacecraft:
1. Payment terms - postpay, deferred payment 28 working days.
2. An obligatory application of a commercial proposal with a description of the premises and the services offered.
3. The height of the warehouse ceilings is at least 4m.
4. The ability to handle pallets with a height of at least 1.8 m., Weighing up to 1000 kg.
5. Temperature regime of storage of HP is not lower than +2 С and not higher than +25 С
6. Loading area - dock-wells or cargo ramps, at least 2 units of loading equipment.
7. Outdoor storage, rack storage, storage of pallets "pallets on pallets" is unacceptable.
8. Floor concrete, with anti-dust coating.
9. Fire alarm, the presence of a fire extinguishing system (taps / hoses).
10. Compliance of the warehouse with the regulatory requirements for the evacuation of workers in the event of an emergency.
11. Availability of sanitary books for warehouse employees.
12. The presence of a checkpoint (security post) at the entrance to the building / rented premises, the presence of a burglar alarm.
The presence of a video surveillance system in the unloading / storage area.
13. Storage of the video recording archive for at least 1 month.
14. Providing access to CCTV cameras (on request) and unimpeded access to the warehouse premises for representatives of OOO TD-Holding, by prior agreement.
15. Allocation of a personal project manager with the authority to introduce claims work.
16. CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
