Payment terms:
The term and terms of payment for the delivery of Products (the condition being discussed): 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred deferral period is at least 90 calendar days from the moment the Contractor issues an invoice, an act of completed work.

Comments: 1. The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission;
2. A mandatory requirement is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization;
3. The Contract is strictly in the wording of the Buyer (attached);
4. For participating companies that did not have contractual relations with Mechel-Cox LLC, it is mandatory to upload documents strictly according to the List (attached);
5. Regarding participation in the procurement procedure, you can contact the persons specified in the notice and procurement documentation for clarification. Including for consultations on registration on the site, various methods and procedures for submitting proposals;
6. Please note that the Request for Proposals is not an auction, including a tender and/or auction, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for Requesting prices (offers) is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this Request for Proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
7. The term of conclusion of the contract is 10 working days after the approval of the protocol and the submission of the contract on paper. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer sends out appropriate notifications in the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
