Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата по настоящему Договору производится Заказчиком в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания Сторонами акта оказанных Услуг и предъявления Исполнителем соответствующего счета-фактуры (счета). Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
