Payment terms:Payment upon the fact. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT%. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-compliance with our requirements for payment terms, it is necessary to indicate your conditions in the comments.

The reinforcement of the KP and the List of documents according to the file "Package of documents for participation in the auction" is mandatory!

Attention! The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.

The commercial offer must be submitted in *.pdf format in one file with a signature and stamped on the letterhead of the organization. The information in it should be readable.
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/ according to the schedule);
3. Warranty period/expiration date;
4. Cost with VAT per lot unit (must be specified in Russian rubles);
5. Payment terms (it is possible to submit one deferral, it is the same for all items, the recommended number in calendar days is at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Experience working with Rusagro Group, on the market - years;
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes/no;
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.

The package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documentation – "Package of documents for participation in the auction".
In case of non-submission of a commercial offer /submission of a commercial offer in violation of the requirements and/or failure to provide the full package of documents described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the proposal submitted by the participant of the trading procedure.

The forms of the standard Contract of Rusagro Group of Companies and its appendices are backed up to the trading procedure for familiarization and the formation of a Commercial Offer.
The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule.

If there is a Test Report, please attach it to the documentation.
