If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The declaration must contain the relevant invoices under this agreement and meet the current requirements for the procedure for filling it out and the format of submission in electronic form. The files are sent by the contractor / seller to the customer / buyer by e-mail:… (address);
2) The tax authority, following the results of a desk audit of the VAT declaration, did not refuse to deduct the VAT amounts on the relevant invoices to the customer / buyer. "
