Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay 100% (one hundred) of the value of the shipment to the Supplier within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery c/f, TN and TTN documents or as agreed by the parties.
Delivery terms:
1. Pricing is based on the terms of pick-up from the supplier's warehouse. The cost of the product does not cover transportation costs. The price of the product should be made of the crate (If necessary). Fragile cargo, as well as furniture, must be packed in a crate! In case there is no possibility of making the crate on its own, the supplier when transferring the finished cargo to the TC necessarily indicates that a crate is required at the supplier's expense!
2. Specify the product ready for shipment and shipping address.
3. Specify product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If dealer or distributor, attach proof of status. (If necessary)
4. Attach a Declaration of Compliance/Certificate for the Proposed Products. When delivered, the package must have a passport and an RE. (If necessary)
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of product and the total of the requisition (mass, volume). Mandatory
6. The product must be new, not used. Products must comply with the specification (if any)
7. At the time of shipment, a packing list must be attached to each shipment according to the form specified by the Buyer. You must send a photo of each cargo before shipping.
8. The warranty period at the TMC should be effective at least from the date of receipt of the goods at Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the time the TMC is commissioned (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
Winner selection criteria:
1. Lowest transaction value, taking into account the pick-up price (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (Port of St. Magadan).
2. Product ready for shipment.
3. Customer approvals of the proposed products/Compliance with TK specifications.
4. Participant's attitude to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide the full package of documents specified in the terms and conditions for the procedure.
