Comments:
1. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.

The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the supplier accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery of the model form of JSC "ZTZ" without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
