Payment terms: аванс в размере 50% от общей стоимости продукции переводится на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 15 банковских дней с момента подписания сторонами Договора и получения счета от Поставщика;
 окончательный расчет Покупатель производит в течение 15 банковских дней с момента получения продукции и подписания Акта сдачи-приемки на основании счета Поставщика, с приложением накладной и счет-фактуры.

 Поставщик обязуется поставить Покупателю продукцию в течение 40 дней с даты поступления авансового платежа на счет Поставщика.
 с продукцией поставляются паспорта, сертификаты, гарантийные талоны, эксплуатационная документация на русском языке и иные необходимые документы.
