Comments: It is necessary to attach the KP.
1) A list of mandatory information that should be reflected in the KP is attached to the request for prices. If there is no information on at least one of the items, the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) The KP must be issued on an official letterhead stamped and signed by the manager and attached to the loading documentation.

4) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issue of the TCH;
5) Certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming quality must be attached to the KP
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the marking of the goods (labeling requirements in the uploaded documentation)

8) This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
