Delivery terms:
Peters (with seals) to the buyer's warehouse. First batch within 5 days of signing the specification, the remaining batches evenly within three months. The supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and its own forces to the Buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to have a quality passport or other document that certifies the quality of the goods upon entry to the warehouse. Required notification when you ship the item.
Comments: Please note that your business offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following material conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, STO, etc. );
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the relevant items of purchase by units of measurement;

A technical description, quality passport and certificate of conformity must be applied at the same time as the offer is submitted. The products delivered must be free of the rights and claims of third parties, made in-house or by dealership, as well as third party contracts that are equated to them.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must enter into a supply contract with OJSC GMZ, as edited by GMZ.

Обоснование: Признать победителем ООО "ТК Нафтатранс плюс" с предложением Дизельное топливо ЕВРО, летнее, сорта С, экологического класса К5 (ДТ-Л-К5) ТУ 38.301-19-155-2009 на сумму 2 924 000руб без НДС с доставкой до склада покупателя. Условие оплаты - в течение 1 дня по факту поставки.
Обоснование выбора: Качество соответствует требованиям, приемлемая стоимость с учетом сроков оплаты, сроков отгрузки, стоимости доставки.
