Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The bidder must attach a commercial proposal signed by the person responsible and on letterhead, a quality certificate and a certificate of conformity, an official dealer's contract signed a copy of the questionnaire and articles of incorporation (the list of required documents is listed in Appendix No. 3).
The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Важно:Технико-коммерческое предложение должно обязательно содержать следующее:
1. Коммерческую часть (стоимость Товара с учетом доставки и НДС, условия оплаты);
2. Срок поставки Товара с учетом его доставки до места поставки;
3. Срок гарантии.
