- The procedure for requesting proposals is not the Competition (form of bidding) provided by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure of requesting commercial offers at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacement of declared products with similar products should not result in deterioration of the technical and performance characteristics of the proposed products. Changes in qualifications are allowed only in the direction of increased purity.
- The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation.
- Basis of delivery - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transition of ownership - warehouse of the consignee. Delivery in several stages is possible.
