Comments:
Rusagro - Sugar company invites you to take part in the tender for the provision of services for the delivery of finished products (Sugar-Groats). A prerequisite for considering your proposals is: 1 – Mandatory accreditation on the B2B platform, not only registration, accreditation is mandatory (https://www.b2b-center.ru /). Information on accreditation as a Rusagro supplier can be clarified using the contact details on the site. Registration and accreditation for Rusagro suppliers is free of charge. 2 – Participation in the competition on the Atrucks electronic platform. Registration on the site and participation in the competitive bidding process is free of charge. 3 – Provision of services that comply with the terms of the Rusagro model agreement, an agreement without a protocol of disagreement. 4 - Ensuring the safety of the cargo (Liability insurance of the carrier or freight forwarder, or an alternative method). 5 - Implementation of sanitary and hygienic standards for the transportation of food products in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 6 - Provision of vehicles: carrying capacity up to 21 tons. type Awning. 7 – Provision of tender documents (provided upon accreditation at the B2B site). 8 – There must be at least 1 (one) year from the date of registration of the supplier's company.
10. Fixing tariffs until 02/01/2024
Standard commercial conditions of Rusagro: 1. The obligation to provide transport for a distributed volume, and the availability of its own fleet of vehicles will be an advantage when summarizing the results of the competition. 2. Full financial responsibility for the failure of the supply of transport for loading and the failure of delivery in accordance with the contract. 3. Full financial responsibility for full or partial loss, damage of cargo in accordance with the contract. 4. Provision of a package of accompanying documents in accordance with the terms established by the Expedition Agreement. 5. Implementation of round-the-clock monitoring of transport, with reporting on the implementation of the full cycle of transportation. 6. 100% payment upon completion of work on correctly executed originals of primary documents, with a delay of 30 banking days. 7. Partial workflow for EDI. 8. Tax transparency according to the terms of the agribusiness Charter. 9. Signing of a standard Rusagro agreement without a protocol of disagreement. This invitation and the tender being held are not an offer, auction or tender and their holding is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also are not a public tender and are not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
