Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Duration of the contract: for an indefinite period The Agreement is concluded in the form of the Counterparty.
Work without prepayment, with 100% deferred payments.
Estimated budget is 20,000,000 rubles per year. The customer reserves the right to order services from different companies.

Comments: The participant must upload to the electronic platform a package of documents for due diligence, including:
ü1. Supplier / counterparty registration card (Appendix # 1)
ü2. Requested scans of documents in accordance with the annexes to the registration card (Appendix # 2);
ü3. Anti-corruption assurance (Appendix # 3) scanned copy signed by the Participant;
ü4. Requirements for the Participant (Appendix # 4) scanned copy signed by the Participant.
Proposals are accepted through the B2B-Center ETP.
