Before the end of the bidding for the lot on the electronic trading platform B2B Mechel, bidders participating in the bidding are required to submit to the person responsible for conducting the procurement procedure the list of documents specified in paragraph 3.1. In case the bidder does not timely provide the documentation listed in paragraph 3.1, the organizer has the right not to consider him as a bidder.
