Comments: Dear Sirs!
1. This competitive procedure for pre-selection of the Contractor is directed in accordance with the Tender Rules Organizer of the tender as part of the commercial request for proposals, which (as she carried out a preliminary selection procedure of the Contractor) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not governed by Article. 447-449 hours. 1 and 1057-1061 hours. 2 CC RF.

Validity of your offer should be at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt of your proposal. If during the term of the offer, with your company will be awarded the contract, the expiration date of your proposal remains unchanged until the fulfillment of the obligations under such contract.
1. Organizer of the tender reserves the right to select a few winners, divided in its sole discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating the tender.

3. Site visit to review the amount of work required. You need to visit the factory and meet with representatives of the customer, contacts are listed in the specifications.
4. Conducting the tender includes bids directly with the filling of all the additional fields for proposals. Conducted selection of candidates for the documentation provided. The proposal must be downloaded before the date of the successful bid, after which will check the documentation and the admission of applicants.
5. Prices must be exclusive of VAT and include all costs of the Contractor for performance of work and contractor's fee.
6. Payment will be made in rubles at the expiration of 35 (thirty-five) business days for the first payment day of the Customer (working Monday and Wednesday) after the execution of works and signing of acts of reception and transmission. If it is impossible to confirm the requested payment terms, we ask you to provide your own. Please take into account that any advance payment bank guarantee should be provided (not welcome). 7. Winner (s) Bid approved by the Chairman of the Tender Committee, the results of all aggregate factors (price, payment delay, the presence / absence of advance payment, warranty, standard conditions RusAgro, turnaround time, there are no obstacles for the execution of the contract, the quality and completeness of the documentation).
8. All bids for RusAgro counterparties in the B2B free ETP. Electronic signature is not currently required.
