In the presence of 12 objects, which has its own set of serviced fire-fighting systems, its area and specificity. At the time of the event, all fire-prevention systems are in good working order, taking into account the natural wear and tear of the equipment.
Requirements for the tenderer:
1. Availability of a license from the Ministry of Emergency Situations for maintenance, repair, installation, design of fire systems.
2. Extract from the tax office from 2021.
3. No tax and duty arrears.
4. The presence of service personnel in the company staff (a certificate of the company's staff number is provided with an indication of the positions).
5. Availability of certificates, licenses, training protocols for the maintenance personnel for the course of TO APS and AUPT equipment based on BOLID, ORION, STRELETS, SPRUT (copies of these documents are provided).
6. The presence of qualified engineers, leading engineers with a higher technical education in low-current systems in the participant's staff (copies of diplomas of graduation from the university are provided).
7. Experience in carrying out similar work at other facilities (a certificate of work experience is provided with an indication of the service period, the name of the Customer's company, the results of the work performed for 2019 - 2021).
8. Availability of a round-the-clock dispatch service for accepting applications for repairs, restoration of fire-fighting systems (a certificate is provided with the phone numbers of the participant's dispatch service).
9. Availability of a minimum list of equipment, tools, technical means, including measurements, for performing work and providing services in the field of fire safety in the implementation of activities for the installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures (based on the Order of the Ministry of Emergencies dated 31.07. 2021 No. 571). Provided in the form of a certified seal and signature of the gene. director of the list of equipment in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Emergencies.
10. Completed commercial proposal according to the Customer's form.

To conclude an agreement, you will need to provide the following documents:
1. Articles of Association and Articles of Association Copy
2. Certificate of state registration Copy
3. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax inspectorate (INN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of the statement submission; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the counterparty's director (with a sample signature.) Copy
6. Financial statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. A valid office lease agreement (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) Scan.
8. A copy of the order on the appointment of the General Director and Chief Accountant;
9. State registration record sheet (in the absence of a state registration certificate);
10. Sheets of records on the introduction of changes (in case there were changes in the legal entity);
11. Company representative contacts.
These tenders are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of the bidding, the customer, the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations, including the obligatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or another of its participants.
By submitting documents and information to the organizer of the auction, the applicant confirms its compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses its intention to participate in the auction, agrees with the rules and conditions of the auction.
