Обоснование: Признать процедуру ОЗП по оказанию услуг по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту спецтехники
(экскаваторов, погрузчиков, тракторов, бульдозеров) для нужд Волжского филиала АО "ЮНИС" в 2024 году , в
городе Самара на основании п.5.5.13 Приложения 2 к Положению о закупках АО «ЮНИС» и п.1.4.11 закупочной
документации не состоявшейся - подана только одна заявка.
Признать заявку участника соответствующей требованиям, установленным извещение о проведении закупки,
документации о закупке и содержащее предложение о цене договора, не превышающее начальную
(максимальную) цену, указанную в извещении о закупке и заключить договор с единственным участником закупки
согласно п.5.5.14 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках АО «ЮНИС» , подавшим заявку на участие в закупке,
на условиях, предусмотренных извещением о проведении закупки, документации о закупке и по цене,
