PM_TEND of the vacuum injection unit (collection of spills)
To carry out test work on cleaning the spillage on ore feed conveyors in shop No. 1 of Tulachermet JSC, vacuum injection units based on cars with the following parameters are required:
-air flow rate not less than 8100 m3/h
-vacuum not less than 90%, overpressure 0.8-1.1 Bar
-tank with a volume of at least 8.5 m3 (for vacuum or pressure operation)
-the capacity of the vacuum-injection loader is not less than 8 m3/h
-collection of raw materials using a hose from a distance of at least 150 m
-unloading of raw materials by overturning (45 degrees) or displacement by air.
