Payment terms:
Advance payment shall not be considered. Payment upon receipt of the products at the Consignee’s warehouse within 30 business days from the date of delivery and submission of master copies of the invoices and consignment notes, copies of waybills with the receiver’s mark. Proposal validity period shall be not less than 90 days.

In case a participant fails to meet this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant. 3. Supplier of the products shall be the manufacturer or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (participants shall provide the supporting documents together with the commercial proposal). 4. The price of products shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written statement of that is to be provided). 5.
