Auto-extension

Payment terms:
30% prepayment within 10 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the price of the goods, the cost of delivery must be allocated separately.

1) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
2) This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer

3.1.2. the price of the goods subject to delivery by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (with auto delivery) / Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when shipped in 20"/40" containers by rail) / Soap railway station (when shipped in wagons by rail).
3.2. for imported goods delivered from abroad:
3.2.1. the price of the goods at the point of customs clearance on the terms of delivery DDP port.... / railway station... (specify the point of customs clearance) subject to pickup.
The price of the goods must include all costs at the point of maintenance – delivery to the point of maintenance, maintenance costs, storage costs for the time of maintenance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the product can be indicated in rubles or in the currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. the price of the goods, subject to delivery by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (with auto delivery) / Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when shipped in 20" /40" containers by rail) / Soap railway station (when shipped in wagons by rail) – when specifying the price of the products at the point in rubles.
