Lighting equipment for RC facilities
Required terms:
1. Consent to payment terms: 30% advance, 70% post payment after 30 k.d.
2. Provision of product warranty according to technical assignment (at least 5 years)
3. Consent for delivery by CA of RC outdoor lighting equipment
4. Consent to fix price for a period of at least 1 year
5. Shipping time to the network site (Tander Distribution Centre) of the entire set of equipment shall not exceed 14 calendar days from the time of the order
6. Production Capacity per Monthly (Specify Capacity in PCS)
7. Consent to work with the gene. Tander contractors (not direct contract with Tander JSC)
8. Existence of the company (3 years or more) attach the EGRUL statement
9. Ready to start deliveries since signing
10. Consent to keep the prices filed by CA in case of decrease/division of the total purchased volume among the participants
11. CA consent to provide test protocol from independent lighting laboratory for light flow decline (degradation) of lamps for a warranty period (5 years) for 50 calendar days after the contest is summed up
12. CA's consent to provide a test protocol from an independent lighting laboratory to confirm the stated lighting characteristics within 20 calendar days from the date of direction request by Tander JSC specialists before summing up the results of the competition
13. CA Consent to Response Time in Warranty Period for Disabling Equipment Not More than 2 Business Days
14. CA's consent to sign a model agreement form (in attachment) at the Tander newsroom without any edits
