Implementation of a complex of design, survey and construction works on the creation of new and / or adaptation of the existing premises for the data center, including the internal power supply system
Comments: As part of this PKO, LLC T2 Mobile (brand Tele2) compiles a list of potential bidders for the right to perform a set of design and survey and construction works to create new and / or adapt existing premises for the data center in the following cities : Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk.
To participate in the procedure you need to fill out and upload to the application:
1) application form (in .excel format),
2) directory of participants (in .excel format),
3) counterparty questionnaire (scanned copy with signature and signature),
4) consent to the processing of personal data (scanned copy with seal and signature),
5) NDA_disclosure agreement (scanned copy with seal and signature),
6) scanned copies of documents on the list.
Under this procedure, you have the right to make an offer for one or several lots, and for all lots.
The deadline for accepting offers is limited to 14:00 (Moscow time) on 14.05.2019
All documents must be named according to their content and presented in the form of a single archive file.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of the tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
